{With My Little Eye}

As I mentioned before, I have a handsome nephew that’s on the Autism Spectrum. He’s the cutest thing you will ever meet. Often we need to find something to redirect his attention. While looking for sensory activities, I found this great tutorial for an I Spy Bag.

So off to the store I went (nothing new). While putting together supplies for the I Spy Bag, I realized I had fabric to spare, but I didn’t have any vinyl. I didn’t know who sold vinyl, so I took a stab at Jo-Ann. Bingo! What don’t they carry?

After a few failed attempts {insert cuss words here}, here’s the finished product. The princess helped pick out the trinkets. It makes it more fun when she’s involved in process.

Here’s a close-up of the trinkets that I used to stuff the I Spy bag.

I Spy Heart

This particular one is for my Princess. I’ll get working on one for my little shark this week. She took it to school today and played with it the whole 30 minute trip there. All her friends loved it. I think it’ll be a hit for sure.

Spirit fingers for quiet play ideas!!!

Peace & Love,
